Nov. 25th, 2025 - Our final month of hours! 💛
It’s a big month for us, and we want to share what’s ahead as we wrap up this chapter at Kauai Beer Company.
✨ LIGHTS ON RICE – Thursday, Dec 5th

🍺 ONGOING DECEMBER HOURS
We’ll be open Mondays & Tuesdays from 2–8pm for the rest of December. Our kitchen is now closed, but Kickshaws will be parked out front serving food!
Huge thanks to Kickshaws! They’ve truly come to our rescue, and we love those guys. Their food is amazing, and we’re so grateful for their partnership during this transition. ❤️ And yes… we still have SO MUCH BEER! Come in for your final pints of the beers you’ve loved over the years — we’d love to share these last rounds with you. 🍻
💛 CLOSING AT THE END OF THE YEAR
At the end of the year, we will be closing our doors for good. It’s bittersweet, emotional, and truly the end of an era for us. We can’t say it enough: thank you. Thank you for the years of support, friendships, laughs, celebrations, hard times, good times, and everything in between. We had a really good run, and we’re endlessly grateful for every connection made along the way. Thank you for making this place a home.❤️
We will continue distributing beer around the island until it’s gone — so you’ll still be able to find KBC out in the wild a little longer! Support local businesses!!

November 2nd, 2025 - Yay! Kickshaws!
As you guys might of heard, Alika is moving on, with our full support, to Mucho Aloha Brewhouse! We can’t say enough about how much this guy means to us — he’s been a huge part of Kauai Beer, and we’re so proud of everything we’ve done together. We’re going to miss him like crazy, but we couldn’t be happier to see him take this next step!
Alika’s last day SMASHING burgers is the 7th! So we will be OPEN with food - November 4th and 7th, from 2pm - 8pm!
AFTER THAT……
We are happy to announce!!! That thanks to our friends at Kickshaws Food Truck, we will STILL BE OPEN on Mondays! Starting November 3rd to December 1st! 2PM to 8PM! They will be serving all the food! And we will be doing all the drinks! They are testing out the space, so come help them feel welcome and have some of their amazing food!!
October 11th, 2025 - 💛 An Update
Back in August, we announced the difficult decision to close our restaurant. Since then, thanks to the overwhelming support and encouragement from our community, we’ve decided to reopen — on a smaller scale — and give it one more go.
We’re operating with a skeleton crew: Justin, Alika, Kim, and Matt. Together, we’ll be opening limited days and hours, which we’ll continue to update on our social media channels each month.
🍺 What to Expect
We still have plenty of beer, food, and merchandise available.
As long as we’re able to cover our basic operating costs (utilities & mortgage), we’ll keep showing up and keeping the doors open — even if just a few days a week.
We’re also continuing to sell beer wholesale, so if you’re interested in carrying our brews, please reach out to info@kauaibeer.com
